I have been investing in the SanFrancisco Bay Area for more than thiry years and this real estate market is the best I have seen since the early 1980's! Remember that more money and millionaires have been made during recessions than any other time in history. We now are at that point in the entire country and especially here in the Bay Area where the real estate prices will NEVER be this low again in our lifetime!
