Bob (Robert) Hundley is Executive Directory of IRCA San Francisco.  He came to San Francisco in 1973 after serving in the US Navy to study and work in what was known as "The New High Technology Area" of Silicon Valley.  Over several years, employed by various high-tech companies, he worked his way from engineer to director of operations while investing in real estate part-time, buying single family homes as rental properties.

Realizing real estate was a great way to invest for the income generated by rental houses and appreciation of equity in the future, he continued on a part-time basis in San Francisco and Texas.  Over the next 20 years or so, Bob realized he could become financially independent for himself and his family by working as a full-time real estate investor.  He made the life-changing event in 1997 to full-time investor in real estate and stocks and has not looked back at the working world.

Bob and his son, Tim, still attend Ron's Boot Camps to further their education and are graduates of Ron LeGrand's "Masters Program in Real Estate Investing."  As full-time investors, Bob, Tim, Lifan, and Drew's resumes include rehabbing homes ranging in price from $400K to $2.6M, helping people out of foreclosure, pre-construction projects, and their new-found favorite, commercial properties and land development.

Bob and his sons now bring their knowledge and love of real estate investing using Ron LeGrand's techniques to the IRCA of San Francisco and will strive to help others in succeeding in real estate investing in the San Francisco Bay Area and anywhere opportunities exist.

Tim Hundley was born and raised in San Francisco.  He graduated from Bellarmine College Prep in 1995 and St. Mary's College in 1999 with degrees in Biology and Psychology.  After working with his father rehabbing and renting properties since he was about 10 years old, he committed to real estate investing full-time in 2000.

Tim became a "Master Real Estate Investor" after completing all of Ron LeGrand's boot camps in 2005 and is in the process of getting Lifan to attend the last couple boot camps she needs to also become a Master.  To Tim, becoming a Master not only takes the knowledge acquired from attending such seminars, but also implementing these items/techniques and putting them to good use in real situations.

Lifan came from Shanghai, China in 1998.  She is a graduate of Cal State University of Hayward. Major in Accounting. Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Shangainese, Lifan brings many years of unique life and business experience to IRCA San Francisco.  Having lived in the peninsula for many years, Lifan is well-versed in our unique real estate market.  She also has extensive working knowledge of the different aspects of real estate, having been an investor as well as a successful Realtor.  Lifan is also on her way to fulfilling the requirements to become a "Master Real Estate Investor" and will graduate in 2007.
